“I have found Mandy's approach to counselling refreshingly honest and recovery focused. Mandy's unwavering ability to see the potential in everyone and try a variety of approaches to reach a breakthrough has given me the capacity to also see the possibility that I could recover.
Being able to be honest with Mandy about all aspects of my illness has allowed me the freedom to be less judgemental about myself and to change my focus from all that is wrong with to me to seeing that although I may not have it all together right now - the fact that I am open to making changes shows strength it itself.
Through Mandy I can see that it's OK to go through dark places, but that I have the ability to not stay there.
After talking to Mandy I always feel like there is HOPE for a different future...”
“Thank you Exchange Consultancy. I came to Exchange Consultancy in hope of pushing forward in some life issues I thought were impossible, messy and shameful to admit. With the sessions I found myself working through these issues speaking openly.
I enjoyed every session and looked forward to all my sessions with Mandy talking about “myself” in a safe environment.
You’ve given me hope, happiness and perspective. Through my grieving I was able to tap into areas that needed healing which affected my day to day life. I loved the writing activities as it gave me incentive to think on the spot and be true to “me”. No right or wrong answers or judgment but your thoughtful processes encouraged me to look at HOW I WAS living to become more productive and self-loving to HOW TO live life to MY best ability and be happy with it.”
